Our Kia Service Center was rated No. 1 for customer satisfaction in our district this quarter. However, we’re most excited for also being named the No. 1 service center in the entire United States!
Williams Kia service manager Ken Mathews, who opened the Kia store in 2004, said he and the three mechanics he works with are proud of the award.
“We’ve earned the service banner many times,” said Matthews, who has worked for Williams Auto Group for 12 years. “We’re usually in the top 10, but this is the first time we’re No. 1 in the entire nation.”
Customers are surveyed about everything from the waiting room atmosphere and flexibility of scheduling to service adviser responsiveness and friendliness.
